Subject: Outdoor Dining Area @ Chestnut Street Grill

Dear The Board,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to bring to your attention the discussion surrounding the outdoor dining area at Chestnut Street Grill. As a frequent patron and avid supporter of the establishment, my family and I have truly appreciated the outdoor dining arrangements that have been in place.

During the challenges posed by the pandemic, the expansion of outdoor seating at 'The Nut' has not only enhanced the dining experience but has also facilitated larger gatherings for families and friends. This extension has fostered a sense of community and enjoyment that has been invaluable to all patrons.

I urge the board to consider the positive impact that the outdoor dining area has had on the community and to strongly support its continued presence at Chestnut Street Grill.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Warm regards,

Hey there,

I trust all is going well on your end. Just a quick check-in to touch base. The impacts of the 2023 strikes continue to ripple through various facets of the film and television industry, audio included. I wanted to let you know that I'm here and ready to jump in on any projects that come your way. No project is too small, and I'm keen on honing my skills during this slower period.

Fortunately, there seems to be a slew of film and TV opportunities lining up on the horizon. Looking forward to getting back into the groove come Fall. In the meantime, if there's anything that needs a bit of fine-tuning, feel free to reach out. I'm here to help.

Best regards,

Sara and Brendan.

It is a pleasure and priviledge to write the letter of support, for Sara Whipple & Brandon Hehir, on behalf of their application to the Duxbury Yacht Club. After two years of waiting to move forward with the application process; I know this has been a long time coming for their family. Duxbury Yacht Club does an incredible job of finding the right members to accept every year; and this year should be no different as they strongly consider Sara & Brandon for membership in 2025.

Sara and Brendon currently live in Needham and summer in Duxbury. They have been doing this for as long as I’ve known them to be a couple and I know their future goal is to reside in Duxbury. Every summer I look forward to seeing Sara and her family. Her two children, Austin & Tyler, both interact with my kids and are at the perfect ages to engage in all that DYC has to offer. I can honestly say that I see Sara and her family at the club as much as I see current members. They are no strangers to the kids activities, adult social events and relaxing at the pool. The summer months are the best time to be in Duxbury and the most demanding times the club needs volunteer members. I would see no reason why not being a Duxbury resident should effect their ability to contribute to the club.

Sara and her family have long and lengthy ties to the club and Duxbury. I know Sara represents a generational tradition of being involved with the club and if her relatives are any example of how they support the club - I’m sure Sara’s family would not dissapoint. I also come from a genrational tradition within the club and can definitively say I am friends with Sara; as my parents are friends with the Plamers (her parents); and as far as I know our grandparents were also friends (Ellisons & Ervings). Our relationship goes back nearly 40 years to when were teenagers. I left for 21 years and Sara followed her dreams of law; however here we are 40 years later still best of friends.

Duxbury Yacht Club and the Whipple/Hehirs are a good fit. Their legacy, their involvment & contribution towards the club, the childrens activites, the social events, the golf, tennis and swimming are all a perfecct match for a young and growing family. I know the

It is with great enthusiasm that I endorse the application of Sara Whipple and Brandon Hehir for membership at the Duxbury Yacht Club. After two years of waiting to move forward with the application process; I know this has been a long time coming for their family. The Duxbury Yacht Club has a longstanding reputation for selecting members who exemplify the values and spirit of the club, and I firmly believe that Sara and Brandon embody these qualities. Their involvement would undoubtedly contribute positively to the community, making them valuable additions for the 2025 membership.

Sara and Brendon currently live in Needham and summer in Duxbury. They have been doing this for as long as I’ve known them to be a couple and I know their future goal is to reside in Duxbury. Every summer I look forward to seeing Sara and her family. Her two sons, Austin & Tyler, both interact with my three boys and are at the perfect ages to engage in all that DYC has to offer. I can honestly say that I see Sara and her family at the club as much as I see current members. They are no strangers to the kids activities, adult social events and relaxing by the pool. The summer months are the best time to be in Duxbury and the most demanding times for the club needing volunteer members. I would see no reason why not being a Duxbury resident should effect their ability to contribute to the club, especially during the summer months.

Sara and her family’s longstanding ties to the club and Duxbury reflect a rich tradition of commitment and support. Her representation of this generational legacy is evident in the way her relatives have engaged with the club, maintaining a strong sense of community and involvement. My friendship with Sara spans nearly 40 years, and today, we stand as good friends.

Duxbury Yacht Club and Sara’s family are a good fit. With her established relationships among current members—such as the Knechts, Andrews, Javobsons, Dixons, and Faucettes—Sara has garnered strong support for her candidacy. These connections reflect not only her commitment to the club but also her ability to foster relationships that will benefit the club as a whole.
